Rich Dalton is the co-founder of Grace Light Productions, a multi-faceted media and production company dedicated to creating impactful stories that bring hope, healing, and encouragement to audiences around the world. With a passion for purpose-driven storytelling, Rich helps lead the creative vision behind films, live events, media projects, and productions designed to shine light into difficult places and inspire transformation through authentic, meaningful content.
Alongside his wife Dawn, Rich has helped build Grace Light Productions into a mission-centered company focused on using creativity to reach hearts and change lives. From cinematic storytelling to ministry partnerships and community outreach, his heart is to create media that not only entertains, but leaves a lasting impact — reminding people that even in life's darkest moments, hope and redemption are still possible.
Dawn Dalton
Dawn Dalton is a speaker, author, filmmaker, and co-founder of Grace Light Productions, where she helps create faith-centered films, media, and creative projects designed to bring hope, healing, and encouragement to others. Through powerful storytelling and authentic vulnerability, Dawn shares messages centered around identity, restoration, overcoming adversity, and discovering purpose beyond pain. Her heart is to help people recognize the lies that have held them back and reconnect with the truth of who they were created to be.
Drawing from her own journey through grief, addiction, trauma, and healing, Dawn has become passionate about creating spaces where people feel seen, encouraged, and empowered to move forward. She is the creator of the "Operation: Rise & Reign" curriculum and retreat movement, as well as several media and outreach initiatives through Grace Light Productions, Grace Light Kids, and Amplify Media & Arts. Whether through film, speaking, writing, or mentorship, her mission is to use creativity and storytelling to awaken hope and inspire transformation in the lives of others.
Audra Hanners, DNP, APRN-CNP, FNP-C, PMHNP-BC
Dr. Audra is a dual board-certified family and psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree. A lover of God, military wife, mother of two, and avid gamer, her background and clinical expertise is in integrative holistic care — spanning primary care, community health, and wellness.
She has experience leading community-based participatory research and evidence-based practice initiatives, and has authored journal publications in the area of health and wellness. She collaborates on innovative resources for children, women, and families, focusing on evidence-based education to foster resilience, cognitive development, and emotional stability.
Her work integrates clinical expertise with practical tools — including nutritional strategies to holistically address both physical and mental health. Passionate about empowering people, she partners with GraceLight Productions to help educate children and families in practical ways that optimize their health and wellbeing.
